That is a lovely tower. Sure, it looks a lot like EAP, but EAP has turned out so beautifully that I'd love one for my city.

The building permit application has been submitted. It looks like the May, 2015 ground breaking is still on track.

I love this building. It will be GORGEOUS.

Have we requested to move this thread to the 'construction' thread?

Oh, and whoever gets these penthouse offices will have one of the nicest views of the city and mountains. Not to mention the best office in town:
