iamh: That looks lovely, I love the sharpness and being able to get a really good look at chicago with your pics.

aleks: lucky! i really was looking at the 11-16 as my wide angle that i really wanted, until i found out it wont af with the d40...argh!

Yep. I can't wait to go back this summer. Hopefully I'll be getting my camera soon to take a few pics of Oahu before I leave for Europe.

omg! this lens is soooooooooooo fucking amazing! i love the minimum distortion, i love the sharpness, i love the widenessness, i love the build, everything is amazing about it!



btw: i havent done an hdr in a while. i usually do single shot hdr's. but i usually like hdr's more, but for some reason i stopped doing them... huuu...

PS: I just did an hdr with another image and i like it wayyy more than the original. too bad i dont have a pro account so i could replace that one

I like the Fitness Health photo more, even though the barrel distortion is slightly more obvious on that one. It seems like a great lens, congratulations. BUt If I had an SLR, I would consider THIS wide angle lense as well.
