Took these from 34/Lancaster. A view that will soon be obscured by the Lancaster Square project.

I think it's 13 now. It was at 12 the other day and it looks like the 13th floor is now up. At 13 floors that will make this 221 feet. Certainly not bad.

Indeed, that is what I was referring to. I took this today - showing that another floor is being added at the moment.

Very nice. Glad to see this add some floors/office space. The Science Center had a bunch of start-up companies graduate from their "incubator program." I wonder if they need space for them. There was an article a few weeks back about some of the companies staying at the Science Center Campus.

Any idea when this will top off? I can see it from the back of my building. Would be cool if it added a couple more floors.

Well, it was supposed to be 11 floors; I guess I'll have to keep updating the thread title every time they add another floor, at least until they are, indeed, topped off.

That floor is the mechanical floor. A large section of roof steel above that will be left out to install mechanical units in December.

I happened to be walking along Lancaster this morning, and noticed that this building really has a nice presence even from Lancaster.

All-in-all not too bad. You wish the design was less boxy of course but this building is cutting edge compared that Family Court debacle. That building is 40 years behind the times(in a bad way) and it hasn't even been finished yet.

Whatever architect responsible for Family Court building needs to get out of the business immediately.

Either they're adding a 14th floor or this is the mechanical floor.

Here is an image from Pennsgrant

Shame this isn't 39 stories, instead of only 13.
