Help identifying traditional Chinese building, from floorplan

Hello. All I know about this building is that it is Chinese, and that the drawing is from around 1850 —the building itself is probably much older than that.

If anybody can identify the building, that would be great —otherwise I will be very grateful too for any suggestion regarding building type, age, or whatever can be inferred from the picture.
