From this, the developer shows his intent to get this project going, and so.... can this project please be added to the SP database under Proposed?

It seems that the developers of this project have confidence with it being built, since in the article below it states that the developers have named a listing agent to sell the units in this planned residential condo building.

One might assume that if no (or at least very few) units were to be sold, than the project could be scrapped. However, this is Denver, and with the restrictive state condo defects law basically preventing a satisfactory amount of inventory of condos being developed (thus quite a severe shortage of new for sale units now on market), the 200 plus units here should sell like hotcakes.

Then with the developers and also those involved in the zoning change application seeing how fast these units will sell, the zoning change will be fast-tracked to approval.

From all appearance, this project will begin groundbreaking soon.
