Love that shot! It really puts into perspective how much the skyline (and even JC) have changed over the last decade - and with much more change yet to come.

It'll get filled up soon, there are a lot of empty lots in Hells Kitchen. But by no means will the entire neighborhood disappear, many buildings are landmarked there.

Beautiful, and very deserving of the spotlight on the CPS skyline. It's almost enough to make me regret Barnett's taller building that will dominate this one. At least until I see a design for the taller tower, which I most likely will approve!
