I don't know. I'm not the hugest games booster, but it seems to me that there's as good a chance that the oil price will be low and budgets stressed in 2022-2025 as in 2018-2021. Both games and actual games expenditure times are so far off we don't have a clue which will land on an up or down cycle.
I suppose that politically the prospects are will be better in Prentice's legacy years than now when he's trying to consolidate power primarily with the borderline wildrose crowd, but in terms of real budgets and priorities?
No change.

Maybe they new they were not going to get it. The African nations want it there and probably had the votes.
