Post Thundercarpet's Googleport (Fictional Sketchup City)

First post on this forums. Before I start,Im a google sketchup user. Thundercarpet is the name, aka Sketchup's Thunder. I was making a final model for my fictional city when it hit me to mae a entire city its self, Including skyscrapers, and the entire downtown skyline & uptowns skyline,so into one I created the small city of Googleport. Credit goes to Vellu for the textures, and buildings. Your a awesome sketchuper Vellu!

The Saint Googleport Historical Church. A spanish missionairy. We're located near Texas/Louisiana Border.

[IMG][/IMG]

Plaza Center, across the street of the church.

[IMG][/IMG]

Skyline, yes some of the buildings are cutted off!

[IMG][/IMG]

Googleport Historical Courthouse,built in 1889

[IMG][/IMG]

I have to admit, one of the tallest buildings in our city is a Holiday Inn? This is a crazy idea but somehow it worked.

Looking down Mission Street

We're looking at the Oval Tower. A glass oval tower. A small skyline addition, but perfect.

ALL PICTURES TAKEN BY THUNDERCARPET (ME) On the sketchup program. THIS MODEL IS DOWNLOADABLE. Enjoy. More pictures will be soon!

This is awesome city. Who approves?

Hey there and welcome! The city looks very good and I am looking to seeing more. My favorite model so far for your city is the historical church. There is some good detail and I hope you add to it. Looking forward to more.

I think some people peek back into this forum from time to time so feel free to post in here. People will see it eventually.

I like the way you've combined those Rocane and Navaho Springs buildings with your own designs to make an interesting cityscape. Especially that "looking down mission street" view is quite magnificent.
