Excellent boutique project. Especially if the glazing is transparent as shown in the rendering.

This project consists of a 10 storey mixed-use building. The design is characterized by its slim slab proportions, especially when viewed along 104 Avenue.

The building will incorporate an insulated triple glazed system and provide the open floorplates with generous natural lighting. East and west ends of the building feature generous balconies that complement the balconies of the adjacent loft buildings to the south.
The first three storeys anticipate a retail user. These floors are subtly proud of the building face, with a high level of transparency to the street.

Here is a rendering that shows solar panels on the south side of the building.

The name has changed from 7th St. Office to Five Oaks Building.

Curious to see if it will be simple, beautiful clear glazing or some kind of design.
