Smile San Francisco. (Pacific Heights and Civic Center)

Hello!

This thread is about two wonderful neighbourhoods of San Francisco: Pacific Heights and Cow Hollow.

We enjoyed very much this walk across these areas. I hope you enjoy it too.

Beautiful houses decorated for Halloween in Steiner street.

We got scared when we saw this enormous spider...

It was really dangerous to cross the entrance with such spiders...

We liked very much the pumpkins along the stair of this house.

This house fascinated us.

Look at those hands going out from the land... It was terrifying!

View of Washington street corner with Steiner street form Alta Plaza Park.

Scott street.

Pretty house in Jackson street.

Look at the entrance. It was horrific!

Jackson street.

Jackson street corner with Pierce street. In the background, you can see Alcatraz.

Pretty houses in Washington street.

Fillmore street corner with Washington street.

Washington street.

Webster street houses. Built in 1878.

Washington street.

Washington street corner with Laguna street.

Curious bushes in front of this house.

2151 Sacramento street. A great "french style" mansion. In the sign you can see reflected some trees of Lafayette Park.

Spreckels Mansion. Home of the writter Danielle Steel since 1990.

Beautiful houses in Gough street.

2004 Gough street. Built in 1889.

Very nice painting in Clay street.

Sculpture in front of 2004 Gough Street. "The Freeway Revolt"

Haas Lilienthal House. Home of San Francisco Architectural Heritage.

Quaint houses in Washington street corner Franklin street.

Pacific street.

Octogon House. Built in 1861. Home of National Society of Colonial Dames of America.

Very animated Union street, in Cow Hollow, a good place for having lunch or walking.

Jest Jewels, a quaint and beautiful shop in Union street, Cow Hollow.

The interior of this shop.

Pumpkins in a market in Union street, Cow Hollow.

Thanks for looking.

Greetings from Madrid, Spain!

Danny, these photographs are marvelous. But, terrifying.

It seems that you and I like to see the same things. Pretty houses & pumpkins!

I thought you'd be covering Civic Center too, did you mean Cow Hollow?

Either way, nice photos!

Yes, CyberEric, you´re right. My thread is about Pacific Heights and Cow Hollow, and not Civic Center.

In another thread, I´ll post pictures about Civic Center.

Thanks for your comment!

Greetings.
