The tenants have moved over to the new building; the developer has obtained demo permits to bring down 3333 Richmond.

Demolition work is underway. You can see they're dismantling the crown.

Randomly drove by and saw a bunch of concrete trucks lined up. Parked and went to the fence to see what was going on.
