Le 925 Mainguy | 10 étages | En Construction

Mise à jour du projet....une autre grue de chantier à prévoir dans le secteur du Plateau à Sainte-Foy :

Il y a 38 unités dont 23 vendues et la livraison est pour le printemps 2013. (9 mai 2012)

La construction a débuté hier (9 mai 2012)

Je préfère le design tel qu'il a été originalement présenté... mais très beau projet tout de même.

Juste une petite photo de l'avancement des travaux du 925 Mainguy.

Le projet sera livré à l'été 2013.

Ils installent les pieux des murs de soutènement.




Et quelques photos des vues à partir du 5ième étage de l'immeuble Le Fidéen situé en face.

Direction Est vers Québec



Direction Nord vers les Laurentides



Direction Ouest



Direction Sud, route de L'Église

Le trou se creuse avec rapidité.

Ca avance bien, combien d'étages souterrain était prévu? Ils en sont à 3 je crois( on voit pas très bien sur les photos les points de vues ne sont pas très bon désolée de la qualité)

Et ben...ce n'est pas la qualité qui manque dans les projets a Quebec!

Les promoteurs Montrealais ont clairement de quoi a apprendre....surtout ceux de Griffintown.

C'est drôle que tu dise ça, parce que je pense le contraire ! ... pas que nos projets sont moches, mais je m'attend à des projets d'une plus grand qualité pour une métropole de 4 millions d'habitants.
Et je trouve qu'ils le sont ( Excluant Rive-nord & rive-sud biensur ! )
Quand je pense au bassin du nouveau havre par exemple. Je me dit que c'est dur à battre! ... ou encore le quartier bois-francs qui est vraiment magnifique. On a rien de tel à Québec... enfin, ce qui pourrais peut-être s'en raprocher sera les futurs écoquartiers, mais à une petite échelle.

Qu'est ce qu'on dit déja? Que l'herbe semble plus verte chez le voisin ?
