I've been asking this question forever. But do you make textures by using SketchUp components or by Photoshop?

Crime Driving Businesses out of the Jefferson Corporate Peninsula
Crime Levels continue to rise in Jefferson, Lloyd International threatens to move their regional headquarters to Jersey City

In 1989 the Jefferson Corporate Peninsula was completed, Prominent Corporations moved in such as NexxonOil, Lloyd International, and Jefferson Stanley.

At the time Jefferson was a middle class area of Staunton, the tenaments and apartment buildings were clean and crime was at an all time low.

Today Jefferson is known as the "Ghetto" of Staunton. The Area is the city's largest crime spot. Most housing projects are dirty, and full of criminals, violence, drug use, and prostitution.

As the crime rises, the Jefferson Corporate Peninsula has been suffering and is not the wealthy office park it once was. Lloyd International plans to move it's regional headquarters to Jersey City unless crime improves. Lloyd International occupies three midrise buildings located in the middle of the office park, all with Lloyd International logos.

Lloyd International is a prominent American real estate company. Ronald Lloyd is the current CEO of Lloyd International. Lloyd International has several exlusive residential towers across the world including Tokyo, New York City, and Paris. Staunton has its very own Lloyd Tower Internatinal Hotel & Tower Staunton, located in the Torrington district. The Prominent Tower is easily reconized in the skyline, with its rooftop garden and large logo's.

Capital Magazine Ranks Staunton #3 in America's Greatest skylines
Staunton might be the worst city in America, but we have the 3rd best Skyline

Staunton is known as the worst city in America, known for its crime, deserted financial districts, corruption, and its really bad mayor. But when it comes to skylines, we have America's 3rd Best Skyline, ranked by Capital Magazine.

So we have America's 3rd Best Skyline! Isnt it great we have good news for once!?

Abandoned Jefferson Factories Becoming real Crime spot
Once Staunton's industrial center now Staunton's crime hole

In the 1930's Staunton was an Industiral Center. Much like Pittsburgh.

Much of it was cleared in the 60's when the city was completly redeveloped. But one spot was never demolished. The Eastside Jefferson Industrial Park has been abandoned since the 70's, ever since, the factories have been rotting away into ruins.

Crime levels continue to rise, most crime is happening in the Eastside Industrial Center. The Area is one of the most dangerous spots in the Country, home of Drug Dealers and Crime Organizations. Athorites dont even bother to go in the area because its too dangerous.

Currenty there are no plans to redevelop the area, probably because the developers are too afraid to even bother.

Staunton has the most Public Housing Projects in the Country
Above New York, Staunton is the Country's low income central

Staunton, America's worst city. A recent recount revealred that Staunton has 183,400 low income project units.

While Staunton is number one, the other top cities are : New York City with 162,000 Units, Puerto Rico with 56,000 units, Chicago with 34,000 units, and Philadelphia with 16,000 units.

Staunton's housing projects are the worst in the country. Crime and Corroption, Jefferson's Public Housing district is probably the most least cared area of the city.

The Mayor was quoted saying "Jefferson is a dangerous place, whats the point in spending money of Jefferson, it will just get worse, now wheres my limo!"

Jefferson Heights is loseing residences due to the increaseing crime across the street.

Sorry for the lousy stories I'm extremley tired right now.

CGII - Those clean towers are part of Jefferson Heights, the most prestegois part of Jefferson. But people are movieng out due to the riseing crime.
