I tried to get a shot of both Ultima and Fox with Pearl, Beth & 122 in the background from a pretty stellar vantage point this afternoon.... but the falcons threatened to rip my eyeballs out, so will have to try again another day

North LRT. All photos from yesterday. More photos are on my photostream.
A few things to note:
- 90% of catenary poles are now installed.
- most, if not all utility bungalows are installed.
- all track between MacEwen and NAIT has been installed.
- most crossing signals (sans gates) are now installed.
- a lot of the temporary fencing has now been removed along the right of way

105 Street
Tree Canopy
104 St ROW
Kingsway/Royal Alex Station/Transit Centre + Substation
Looking great! Looking forward to being able to access that area via with LRT very soon. When I worked out that way it was a hard commute from the south, the LRT will help a lot. Thanks for the pictures.
Big update for you guys. I walked the North LRT line on Monday. This is the first time I walked from north-south, so I'm sorry if you get confused!
Things to note:
- All crossing gates are installed
- 105 St has been repaved
- Landscaping is well under way and looks great!
- Trackside signals are starting to be installed (so far I've noticed crossover indicators only, block signals should be coming soon, I would imagine)
- Much of the permanent fencing has now been installed
NAIT Station
Princess Elizabeth Ave/106 St. crossings
106 St
Most, if not all crossover indicators have been installed!
Kingsway/Royal Alex Transit Centre
Kingsway/Royal Alex Station
(Notice the framework for the station signs being installed)
I walked most of the line on Friday. Some things of note:
- The multi-use path along 104 St. is mostly complete
- Landscaping along most roadways is complete
- Sidewalks around Kingsway station are close to completion and look great!
- They were testing the gates at 111 Ave.
- The majority of catenary wires have been installed
