Why is that, I've been wondering for a while why paris and Frankfurt don't have many towers under construction when london is booming, the non eu cities like London, Moscow and Istanbul are building towers everywhere for a few years now and the next few years are gunna be even better, hopefully paris will start building soon

It's a very modern and beautiful tower ! I love it. Too bad it doesn't reach 250 meters.
