This building is showing an incorrect floor count. Emporis has this error as well. The structure has two wings with a common elevator shaft servicing the two wings between the west and east wings. The main wing (east) is in fact 9 floors as reported. The west wing is the smaller but taller wing and is in fact ten floors.
