[St. John's] Metro Projects List

I wanted to make a thread listing all the projects happening so we can see the magnitude of what's happening

Here is what I've come up with so far in just the St. John's Municipality. Please add tot he list as I know I've over looked many. If someone would like to make a list for outside of the St. John's Municipality feel free and I will add them all to this post.

I don't know where they will get the construction workers (especially with all the mega projects happening at the same time)

This does not current include all the subdivisions and hundreds of detached houses going up everywhere, nor does it include all the renovations happening

I know that there are more detailed summaries at the beginning of the area specific threads however they do not include everything and I kind of wanted to put them all together in one thread

I would suggest using colours (say green) for the ones under construction,
another colour for approved, etc.
