I think Qualex will do very well with Park Point. Such an awesome location, can't wait to see the renderings.

Wow, they are wasting no time on this one! About to start on the tower portion! I am glad they are taking their time with the podium section, the tower should have priority.

well, consider all of its parking is underground.
compare to the guardian, where it has under ground plus 5+ level of above ground parking

Once they are above the podium level, they can probably do a floor every week to 10 days, so they can probably be about half way up before the snow flies..
