Things are going to get interesting in Yorkville around August. I can't wait. It's an added bonus watching buildings make their impact at the same time and this area will have 7 making their mark in unison.

The construction rate at U Condos has increased in a major way. Find it funny it took almost 3 years from groundbreaking to finally find their stride.

I still find it takes a rather long time to build a condo on Bay Street.

Murano..... was also a bit long in the tooth.
