Is that confirmed? That's great news if true (about 3WTC).

Central park tower is a great name, better than Nordstrom

According to Hypothalamus, pinnacle for 111 Murray is 792'. I'm assuming from newer documents filed this month versus the may filings.

125 Greenwich is U/C! Another supertall for New York!

Final height remains unknown, but should be in the 1,200' range.

#supertall count
Completed: 6
Topped out: 1
Under construction: 7

Next one to join the club should be 1 Manhattan West! And then the GiraSole followed by 2WTC.

When all is done, this will be the 2nd city with the most supertalls. Once the proposals move to reality, and we get those Shop supertalls that are still a mystery moving, Dubai better watch out.

I've read articles claiming 1 MW to be U/C, though their standards for determining what is U/C may be different from ours.

In real world standards, its u/c. I never agreed with the SSP version of what defines u/c.

That rendering of Verre needs to be posted in front of every architecture classroom in the nation. An example of how it's done right.

Two masterpieces just blocks away.

Verre is one handsome building! I can't wait for this one to grace the skyline with its presence.

I wish Steinway was a 2000 ft plus building. I hate NYC's current zoning. Let this one rise to the sky!
