That would be nice. A poster on UT reported that an agent onsite said Phase II wouldn't start for years. This was followed by a poster opining that agents aren't always in the loop regarding timelines.

Haven't heard much about Mirvish + Gehry in ages. Of all the big buildings proposed in Toronto, it still seems the most tenuous.

Is Phase 1 the 2nd tallest or 3rd tallest?

3rd, I think. 67 storeys, or thereabouts.

As I recall, Whippersnapper seems to think that Phase II will start this Summer.

Same here, but it's going to take years. I wish they were building all towers at the same time.

Yes, that is a downer for this project. However, it doesn't seem that long ago they were recladding First Canada Place. I anticipate seeing the impact of this project soon enough.

Edit (Woops...wrong project in update. Anyways, the crane is installed for the 216 m tower apparently....which sounds about right, considering the progress of excavation in the last few weeks.)

I've owned a property in this area for 10 years and it has changed so much from even five years ago. It's crazy and exciting to witness.

Pinnacle is a top tier developer and their condos at 18 Yonge, 33 Bay, 18 Harbour are all quality builds in every respect.

The Pinnacle on Adelaide is also a beautiful build and the units there are also built well.

I'm excited that Pinnacle is behind this project and as an investor, I can't wait to watch its progression!

Pic by cc46 at UT. Soon, this can be moved to U/C.

I think this can be moved to UC now. There's steel, concrete and a crane.

Is that foundation for all three, or just one of the towers? I'll move to the Under Construction forum (Supertall for now).
