Looks nice. Anyone know what the rental rates are? Close to downtown.

I think this turned out quite nice. I wish it was taller. The view from the top has to be awesome! For some reason, since I was a child, I have been a big fan of the Olmos Tower. Something about it, no clue, I know its not a favorite for most.

Ha! I've always been a fan too. I think it's because it's on the hill so it has a view of downtown while overlooking Alamo Stadium. It's certainly not because of the architecture.

Any ground level retail in CityVista?

No ground level retail. Fenced from Hildebrand like a suburban complex.

I will say, that area is very suburban and not very safe for pedestrians. I feel bad for anyone walking along hildebrand. Ground level retail wouldn't have worked here, sadly.
