They've updated my area as well back in August. Barrhaven I think also had some updates along most of the Strandherd area (various months), parts of Riverside South also (at least Earl Armstrong Road).
They've seem to be doing randoms updates scattered throughout the city every month or so. Riverside South is one prime example (Vimy Bridge in August 2014), Spratt Road South in September 2014, River Road and Earl Armstrong in June 2015 and so on.
In Barrhaven, we are still waiting updates inside Half Moon Bay which are from 2012 (only on Greenbank and Cambrian it is more recent)
Kanata also has a huge variation of dates. The new area off Terry Fox north of the Centrum is still as of 2012. Another example is around the CTC, we only see the CTC sign from the 417 as well as eastbound Palladium Drive. Huntmar Drive is still from 2012 as well as directly in front of the CTC and westbound Palladium Drive still sporting Scotiabank looks
