Houston luxury apartment developer aims for the sky with new executive hire
A Houston multifamily developer has hired a new executive who will help lead the company’s efforts to build more luxury apartment towers.
The Dinerstein Cos. tapped Patrick Dennis to become the longtime developer’s new president of construction. In his new role, Dennis will oversee the 60-year-old company’s construction division, which has built more than 54,000 apartment units and 35,000 student housing beds across the country.
The the company has sky-high ambitions to develop more concrete high-rise projects in Texas and California.
