^^ The resident observatory is pretty cool and a real nice amenity, however I don't know why they have the deck facing south. The better views is obviously to the North!

I'm always bitchin' about too much glass . . .
But this one in context - & with the fancy curves - looks pretty good.
Especially when viewed with all the warm old masonry towers around it.

The views to the north are definitely great, but outdoor space on a building in the northern hemisphere should always be oriented to the south due to the sun angle.
