Do we know if this is topped out under the protective shrouding? Or are there a few more floors to go?

The fireboat looks fine, until you realize it's turning raw sewage into a fine airborne mist.

I loved the renderings with the distinct jenga look. However I am not seeing it as much in person. Walking on Varick yesterday I noticed two things - from some angles the cantilevers are not as pronounced as in the render and the glass is looking great at the lower levels. I guess I will reserve final judgement until they remove the top covering.

From high above Staten Island (July 4th)

Between WTC#1&4, and to the right of the Chrysler Building

From that spot, 56 Leonard looks like a twin of Gehry Tower-8 Spruce Street. (And Woolworth looks like a twin of 70 Pine Street)

56 Leonard Street is 250 meters, the other building you are referring to is New York by Gehry at Eight Spruce Street. It is 271 meters. They look the same because they are not really that close.

On the Market: Spend Summer On This Dreamy Tribeca Rooftop For $9M
JULY 17, 2015
Every once in a while a listing comes along that just screams summer, and the penthouse apartment of 105 Hudson Street, with its 3,000 square foot private rooftop, is one of them. The listing is so emphatic about the rooftop’s vista that it even says it goes above and beyond the bounds of geometry with its “369 views.” The apartment’s interior isn’t shoddy either, and comes with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, wide-plank hardwood floors, skylights, and north and east views. The whole shebang is asking $9 million.
