Hm. Hmhm, you're bitching... Bah, no balconies to this building but some 'loggias', those holes in the façade that Italian classicism originally invented.

I just thought it could have been better than how it currently looks. Didn't think it was that big of a deal.

I think it looks similar to One57, but still different enough to be its own tower. Anyhow, I think it turned out pretty nice.

Nothing wrong expressing your opinion about the structure. Though there is no need to attack fellow forumers. Right?

Crane still isn't down and it's been a month, since you posted. Also it looks like they are building a new crane rig on the roof to handle the window washing duties until they can engineer a new solution to the building design problems with the old set up.

The crane has been up and I know for sure the building is complete, why is it not coming down?

Great addition to the financial district skyline. Too bad the street level on the north side of the tower is mediocre. City planners should understand that you dont need squat and featureless podiums to accomodate heritage buildings appropriately.

Unfortunately, the cheap materials do extend to streetlevel. Not sure what city planners have to do with it. This was the developer's decision.

True.
My bad, I thought planning requested a revision/downsize of the podium.

I think there is an issue with the Window Washing system. It has not been built to spec, there are design problems, or it is delayed. So the crane has to stay there until it is resolved.
