Wow, that one is going to be stupid tall when it's topped out. Seeing how tall it was when it was only above the 40th floor really gives a sense of how tall/big this tower is actually going to be...

The building in chicago that was completed 5 years ago. The other strange thing is it's pretty much the exact same height as Aqua too and I think they're both residential buildings too

A neat comparison! I love how similar these two buildings are, Toronto and Chicago already has many similarities(expl: Climate Temp almost exactly the same, Both well know global north American cities, populations almost exactly the same(as of recent years)) now this! I don't see it as a bad thing either or that it's "copying" it was likely just inspired by the architecture

Toronto and Chicago are very similar cities. These two buildings crystallize the symbiotic relationship of Toronto and Chicago.

Two buildings that are almost exactly the same height, have a similar yet inverse design and diametrically opposed end use and users is all brought into clear display right here!
