Well pizza pro plus is now open in their new location in the old wendy's on st peters avenue in bathurst, i can only hope they fill the void they did besides shoppers with something quickly.

Construction trailer on site on st-anne street at the new toyota dealership, construction this summer.

A parcel of land next to the dollarama next to walmart has been rezoned for a possible expansion of the dollorama.

Parcel of land next to subway on st. Anne st has been rezoned to allow offices to occupate the property.

And for atholville, Zenabis got the final list or requirements before the final inspection by health canada, once this is done and requirements met, licence to produce will be issued. So i think is pretty safe to say its a done deal! That is going to be wonderfull for the campbellton region.

Also, there has been several new elected mayors in the north, Bathurst, Beresford, Belledune, Dalhousie, campbellton, grand falls. Hopefully This will mean new ideas and the moving forward of those municipalities. Cormier in Miramichi and Simard in Edmundston will be able to continue the fantastic work they have started in those cities.

Seems to be a long time away to announce a store opening. Doesn't take that long to build store does it?

The space they will occuppy is not currently available, from what is gathered, it would be the current Brick store which is moving to a bigger space, which is also currently not ready. So before the brick's space is ready and they can move, they can't start on the new store yet. Maybe they should have waited a bit for the announcement, its a little over a year away!

Was driving on good old king george highway in the 'chi yesterday and noticed a new restaurant in construction, upon looking it up, i think this will be the first location for Quesada in the province. Tacos and burrito join!

On "good old" King George Highway? Or on "good" Old King George Highway?

40 new contact center jobs in Bathurst

http://www.max1049.ca/localnews/story.aspx?ID=2197000

Micro-brewery expanding in Edmundston adding more tanks and tasting area

http://www.acadienouvelle.com/actual...ent-expansion/

Also in Edmundston, the old Price Chopper downtown is finding a new vocation, a new dental clinic will take shape into that, will most likely be other office space available in that building as well

My brother is the one who painted the mural and the table found inside the new tasting room for Petit-Sault.

It is! I find that NB Liquor could support them better though. I find it sad that they only order one keg when they have a specialty beer for the growler stations. They often run out of it by Friday 17h00.

The last few times we went to the stores (we often go to Oromocto or Prospect in Fredericton) the Petit-Sault selection was down to a few beers which means that there is a big problem when it comes to orders and stocking the shelves.

hopefully the additional tanks will solve that problem, i buy a few at the occasion.

was just looking on nblc website and was amazed to see they have almost no pictures for all the petit-sault products, they have been around for a while now..

That could very well be a supply issue.

After being surprised by empty shelves and empty kegs numerous times I asked the brewery (I know some of the owners). I was told that it is not a supply issue by the brewery but an order issue as ANBL is not ordering enough. Was also told to tell the store next time as they base their new orders on sales (inventory turnaround) and on comments from costumers (for products they don't normally keep on store).

Yes, if there is a product that your current store does not have, you can ask an employee to order it from other stores, they will pack it and send it to your store. Did that many times for wine that was only carried in a few stores. If they see the demand is there, they will more than likely carry it as a normal item.

The port of Belledune has had its general assembly, 71 ships last year at the port up from 61 the previous year, revenues are down a bit compared to 2014, tonnage is up. A new pad has been paved and they have piled salt that came by ship to be sold around.

If the chaleurs terminal inc projects could clear the court and go forward that would increase traffic at the port.

Few news from the north,

Edmundston; st hubert express has opened at the grey rock

Bathurst; new mexican restaurant and cafe on st-peters next to the igloo ice cream shop to open up. New toyota dealership on st anne is taking shape, the whole structure is up. Other few rumours going around town about new retail businesses but nothing confirmed as of yet.
