Arrow MONTREAL | Condos Crescent | 11 FLOORS

Interesting infill project.. Next to the hideous Quality Inn with the spiffy paintjob.

1220 Crescent - 11 floors

Great little projects there, thanks for the updates. That 1220 Crescent is decent and fits in well with the upcoming urban fabric in the area. And anything that serves to isolate and hide that hideous "Quality" Inn can't be wrong.

The two renders for the 1220 Crescent project are different. The second one is much better that the first one. Let's hope...

Like the Crescent project. Looks like nice icing next to the dog turd hotel next door.

Will it mean the end or yet another movement (3 so far) for the Mad Hatter Pub?

The Mad Hatter is on the southern side of the Quality Inn now, so it is safe.

On a related note, the old Mad Hatter was torn down last month. Good riddance!

^They tore down madhatters? Gee, I didn't know that...and now we have an even bigger, more vulgar parking lot in its place!

Yeah this shoe box was originally proposed a few years ago if I remember correctly. I have no faith it'll go up any time soon...

Madhatter moved a few years ago (maybe 2011?) into the green building on the other side of the Quality Inn. The old location was quite deteriorated, so I don't really miss it.

Wow, I actually like it. The base looks neat. And here's an obligatory SSP cliche: wish it was taller!

I guess it's missing a tag or not in the proper forum??? Because it's not showing up in "Montreal Projects & Construction"

Since it is under 12 floors, the only section in which it would fit is General Development. (it would then be tagged with "montreal" to be part of Montreal Projects & Construction).

However, by SSP standards, it is not really a "major" project. That's why I put it in here.

However, if it bothers enough people, let me know and I'll move it and request that it be tagged.
