Tower BG would fill in the gap between Icon I and Ultima nicely from the vantage point.

I'll gladly escort you on my bike, as I don't feel in danger ever when visiting the area (I bike down the LRT path and through through the heart of the 'sketchy' areas, but haven't had a problem...'knocks on wood').

I wonder what the current occupancy rate for the Sky Residences is? Based on that photo, there seems to be many vacant units still (although the same could be said about The Encore as well)...
