Such a pure form. It's good that we as humans can't fly. Because I would just circle the building, looking down on it. It would be weird for the people inside.

Will they fake-light those last two floors of windows somehow? They will look odd at night with the last two 'floors' never seeming to be lit...

I don't think so (to either point). The tops of buildings aren't always lit.

Look at this photo for example.

A thought just occurred as I admire the work of 432 Park, all of this magnificent residential density can possibly extend towards the upper east side.

^ No, he's buried in Green-Wood Cemetery down in southern Brooklyn. What you see there is Cavalry Cemetery in Queens as taken from the BQE.
