Quote:
Craig Hall said the project will span five acres and two city blocks. Future tenants include
KPMG LLP, Jackson Walker LLP, UMB Bank, Stephan Pyles, and Hall Financial Group. Pyles' namesake restaurant is moving to this development and is slated to open Fall 2015.

The 18‐story office building will contain 450,000 square feet with additional restaurant space on its lower levels. Outside, a half-acre landscaped park with outdoor seating areas, passageways and water features will provide a respite for downtown workers. Hall Financial Group secured a pre-certified LEED Gold rating for the space. The elite environmental designation is granted by the U.S. Green Building Council.

At first I would have agreed with you. Over time, I have grown to really appreciate it. From miles away at nighttime the blue glow really adds color and balances the green from the Bank of America.

It obliterates the beauty of the tower. Looks like a big blue goiter.

Yuck.

Here's a drone video filmed on July 23. The tower is topped out as of today.

Facade looks better than how it was shown in the renderings. That's always a nice surprise.
