Yeah, it's not bad. There are only 24 duplex apartments, 250m² (roughly 2700 ft²) each with a terrace and a pool, in that 23-storey building.

This is getting closer to completion, by Samolymp on SSC.













And here's a bit more of the Simona cause it's pretty daring and interesting, better than Odéon if you ask me. Although contemporary (built just a couple of years ago), it's full bare concrete! Still by Samolymp, these are from last year. I think the tower was barely completed.

Monaco is a great place. This tower was u/c when I went a year ago. Need to return again.
