Looks like a cruise ship in that last shot.

Ilny published his pictures on august 3rd, Not sure if those pictures are a few days older than he published them, but in case the pictures are from the day before, (Aug 2nd) they build two floors in the north wing and three floors in the east wing in just a week!!!

This is a spectacular addition to this corner of Manhattan. It and Mercedes House really spice up the view from across the river.

Yes, I hope the future sees more towers like this, that gracefully lead down from the Midtown Mass to the Hudson River waterfront.

It would be nice if they could bury the highway and create a stretch of park along it.

Thank you. So the pace is not very fast, but it is still pretty fast.

For a building with this characteristics, large plates each different than the other, you will expect a slower pace, nevertheless, they are building at least one floor per week, quite impressive still.

Now that they finished the southern wing, the pace accelerated. The first 11 floors were build in less than 5 months (more than two floors per month) This one should top out before the end of the year, I think that could be by november.

Wow, this building looks like something from Star Trek.

I was on the NY Waterway over to Jersey a couple of weeks ago and got a great view of this development - hadn't realized how far along it had came. Anyway, it's a very neat structure and very eye-catching even from afar - anxious now to see some cladding.

In a smaller city, it would make more of a splash. But I think it's a pretty interesting building.
