I am surprised by the completion date. Fourth Quarter of 2015. This is a lot of building! I understand why they need that army of workers.

When will the fedex place/space be redeveloped? The drivers driving towards the mailroom or whatever are pretty reckless.

Which is the official render? The one on this page or the one before?

I think its the unusually large site that makes things seem different. Not many other NYC construction sites have this much space.
