St. John's is EASILY one of the prettiest cities in Canada. I don't care too much for Mount Pearl or Paradise (boring ass bedroom communities), but I guess every city has its suburbs. Those suburbs don't have ANYTHING! Just houses and a couple of strip malls. I love inner city St. John's though. So much character and a great view of the harbour, Signal Hill, and hilly topography in general. It's a breath of fresh air and I totally lose that sense of place when I get back to Pearson Airport.

I loved st johns, I visited last fall. From cabot hill, wow stunning view, just a word of the wise, anyone who would think that walking up that hill would be a pleasent tour, take a car, the hill is steap! the tops of my feet where touching my shins. seriously. lol.
