Not according to SSP, they must to pour a permanent foundation pad first.

Almost done pilings on the north side. Everything West of the Pile driver is complete.

The West side of the property is dug down and they are starting the the pilings from this grade. I assume this would be for the ramp going into the underground parkade.

All the pilings are in now, and the digging on the west side is two storeys below grade.
