Looking at Chris's last posted photo, did the design change a little on the pyramid surface, or is that an underlay of some sort (directly underneath those cranes on the left of the image)?

I think its an underlay. Looks like the first facade treatment before they go for the white layering. Theres traces of it too in horizontal strips. This will open Q1 of 2016, so the final year will be interiors, and the delicate nature of the facade.

I was at a party with someone who is working on this building. I mentioned how amazing it looks. He replied that he would think it was cool too if he didn't have to figure out how to run HVAC to hundreds of units without one right angle in the entire structure.
