Is there a height on the observation deck? Looks to be 150-200m below the tip of the thin spire.

Found the answer to my own question in the Burj Dubai thread. 450m to roof, so obsv deck a bit lower.

The design is nice I will admit, but it’s hardly unique

it looks like it has an awful lot of structure for "just" a tower. and whats the deal with the holes in the concrete core? it looks like they could put in floors when they're done.

They should throw some 40 floors on there just so it isnt considered a TV tower (Offices on lower floors, whole floor condos up top). I bet they would sell like hotcakes.

I love it, its just too gorgeous !

The design ain't bad but I don't like this design as a tower.
Maybe it will look good as a building but certainly not as a tower.
