BENIDORM, Spain | In Tempo | 656 FT / 200 M | 52 FLOORS

Unfortunately this horrible building has now really started construction. It will be one of the tallest residential buildings in Europe when completed.

For those of you who haven't heard of Benidorm yet, it's located between Alicante and Valencia and is Europe's version of the Gold Coast and Miami Beach.

Height: 200m / 656ft
Floors: 52
Use: Residential
Architect: Pérez-Guerras Arquitectos & Ingenieros

While I like the scale... the design most definitely leaves something to be desired, doesn't it...

Umm, ew. Reminds me of that church/hospital complex in Tulsa. Gold windows?!? Please. It would look so much better in Vegas. And the bottom looks like a 60's plaza design.

Make the windows blue or green and it would help its looks ever so slightly. I also like how they put the pool BEHIND the building where it won't get ocean views, OR the sun. Smart designing there.

ughhh!!!!
It is horrible, I normally love all tall buildings, but this one might be the exception. damn!!!
BTW benidorms architecture in general is very ugly. Mosto of the buildings look bad.
Well in my opinion.

Lol! That was exactly what I thought as well!

Both towers have a good presence, yet both towers have a tacky 60's/70's vibe to them.

One thing that really needs to just be imploded.

Idk, I kinda like the design. Specially that thing at the top and both towers look like number 1's which sayd to me "Bitch, I rule this city."

I don't like the color. White and gold looks bad. Maybe a blue/green with white and more windows. Plus that idea to put the pool on the backside was really stupid like Complex01 said. And the main entrance is a little short and plain.

Have not been to Benidorm since 1991

I have not been to Benidorm since 1991. The summer before the olympics in Sevilla. It is really too bad they are building this. It will be totally out of place.

Why ? Do you think that Benidorm is a classy place ?

My opinion is that, even though the design of in Tempo is ugly, it'll be a much needed eye-catcher in Benidorm.

I personally hate gold, but the shape of the tower is interesting and fun.

I love Benidorm! It's the Honolulu of Europe!

Oh dear. Looks like this Trump Wanna-be is going up.

Just change the windows at least! Good Lord. I used to live 30 minutes from this city...I never thought I'd say I didn't want a skyscraper to go up.
