I'd 'vote' for a one photo per week loop!
Thanks for 24 month overview. Great to see where the last two years has gotten this building. Lots of playing around in the dirt, months of moving dirt from one pile and then back again, then the big dig with lots of surprises to be found underground, and now its moving upward. By this time next year this will probably be topped off and its 'skin' well in place. I wonder if there is an official time line that is public.

In all honesty, your pictures would probably make for a much better timelapse, as yours allow for more of the building to be shown during construction, which makes for a much better angle.

Looks like they have gotten to the setback on the west end?
That should start speeding things up at least a little.

How are they going to finish off the wall between the W and the Ritz?

Good question. Since it appears that the actual structure of the building goes right up to the property line, I believe the only practical way to have windows on that wall would be to obtain some type of easement. Years ago there was a lot fighting between the owners of these two properties, but maybe they have worked their issues out.
On the time lapse photos from the link given by BLENFAST its easy to see that there is quite a lot of space to the north of the core (the side facing the Ritz) and to me it seems like a lot more space then what would be needed for storage and ice machines etc.
Once again this could all be easily answered if floor plans were released.
BTW, since the east end, the side over looking the old bank dome, steps back, there won't be any issues having windows on that face of the building.

Is there a set distance needed for a window facing a property line?

I think its 4 or 5 feet

The last photo seems to indicate that there isn't any floor north of the core, which would certainly allow windows on that face. And it might help explain why there are were reports that the pace of floor construction would increase; so it looks like there might be set backs on 3 sides.

^ It looks like only two more of the narrower floors and then things go "typical." Fast will get faster.

As a testament to how tall those lower floors are it looks like the crane will be jumped again soon.
