This project includes a 20 storey tower constructed atop an existing 8 storey parking garage.
The Motor Mart Garage was purpose built in 1927 and for over 9 decades has hosted vehicles parking in Back Bay Village. Adorned with Art Deco details, this unique example of parking garage architecture was restored in 1999.
