No idea why the rendering below was ever released (and is still the primary render in the UrbanToronto database). It looks nothing like the actual architectural docs (except the shape).

A year ago the architectural docs showed unitized curtainwall on the west elevation of the the tower above the podium/heritage element right to the top . The east elevation has unitized curtainwall to the top of the crown, except for window-wall set back in the balcony sections.

The same docs have now appeared in the March 2024 submission for site plan approval. BTW the original design architects KPF when this was Cresford project, remain on the docs of this final version.

West elevation is on the right, east elevation on the left. Note the curtain-wall to the top of the crown.
