C'est bien avancé! Les colonnes de soutien des fenêtres du rez-de-chaussé sont apparues, et il semble clair que l'entrée du garage sera rue Drummond (derrière la grue).

did we ever figure out what'll happen with that last strip of land between roccabella and avenue? the square in the bottom right of that last photo? i recall reading that broccolini bought it for 6 million or so to protect some views, but it seems like it really ought to be developed, at least to 4-5 stories to line up with the podium.

There will be a Provigo supermarket in L'Avenue's podium, so that alley will be used for delivery.

no no, i'm talking about parcel 1 851 938:



to the west and north of the avenue project as seen here, currently used for staging by both projects:



it's far too large to use as a loading area and even if it were to be, it would have been incorporated into the project. i'm not sure that broccolini bought it, but i'm pretty sure it was (may still be) owned by frank catania.

4 semaines d'ouvrage, et ils sont rendus à la terrasse!

Du côté de la rue, on voit que c'est pas coulé comme les sections en haut et en bas. En principe c'est une terrasse.

On voit sur la photo qu'il y a un espace entre les deux tours à l'arrière, avec un bidule bourgogne (quelqu'un sait c'est quoi?)

La piscine sera là quelque part.

On voit aussi l'assemblage de la passerelle, en bas à droite, qui sera entre les deux tours, à l'arrière des tours (côté Avenue).

Dans combien de temps devront-ils re-hausser la grue blanche en bas à gauche?

Je pense qu'il reste un niveau au "core" de la tour ouest et il sera toppé (basilliaire) - pour l'instant. Tout dépendant du délai avant la reprise de la construction de cette tour, je ne serais pas surpris si la grue était démontée avant même qu'on soit obligé de la re-hausser...

Les structures bourgognes ont été posées du côté de la tour est. Quelqu'un sait de quoi il s'agit?

Se pourrait-il que ça soit un revêtement plus insonorisé pour l'étage du centre de conditionnement physique?

On le voit pas sur mes photos, mais les murs au coin René-Lévesques et Drummond sont déjà vitrés!
