Website is quite informative and includes some photos.
They refer to the Gahan House as their in house restaurant. They also mention a lobby "grab 'n go cafe" for breakfast items and sandwiches, which will transition into a bar in the evenings. There will also be five on site conference rooms. No mention on the website yet about the rooftop bar, but that won't be open until next summer anyway.

To learn more about the various Hilton brands (or at least what Hilton wants to tell you) go to this page:
https://hiltonhonors3.hilton.com/en/...nds/index.html
If you look at the logos arrayed across the bottom, they have split out the extended stay brands (Homewood Suites, Home2 and Hilton Grand Vacations). The rest are in order of luxury to more budget from left to right.
Canopy, Curio and Tapestry are all "soft" brands aimed at people who don't want to stay at a standard room in a standard building that looks the same as thousands of other standard rooms in similar properties. The property is still part of the loyalty program and the main booking sites. However, each property is different from the rest and there are fewer brand standards.
