It doesn't mention any specific project. And yeah, the only Starwood project I know of it that one at 5th & Colorado.

Here's the thread on it with a rendering. One article mentioned it would be 215 feet tall with 17 floors.

I don't have any renderings saved for a project at that location. As far as I know, we never saw a rendering for it.
