It won't be attractive, but I do like the extra layer of density that it adds.

Going to look mighty impressive when the Peterson goes up too. Too bad about the ugly low rises along Sherbrooke though, that street deserved better.

Looks like it's already a nice addition to a rather creepy area delimited by the so-called Burke Steet...

Same materials and colour scheme as the neighbouring 400 Sherbrooke. It ain't gorgeous but it fills in a hole so I'll take it.

Oh and welcome to the forum EliteMTL!

Thanks for the pics, and welcome!

I actually don't dislike it despite the prefab. Decent filler.

It looks solid and unpretentious, very good filler for that little street. It will be interesting to see how it plays with the neighbouring Petersen, which will be taller and more flamboyant.

Today's pic. I figure the crane will be removed soon for this project, since there is no more floors to add.

It reminds me a bit of the Saint M (I think that's what it's called), just off of McGill Street, south of Victoria Square. this new one is a little taller.

I like it, despite the fact that some added height would be welcome (but what's new...this is Montreal)

It's not a coincidence! Condo Saint-M and C-Lofts are built by the same developer (Canvar)
