You jerk! lol

I admit it: I'm a health nut.

I'd eat from KFC, too. I don't necessarily avoid fatty foods. The only things I really avoid are bread and pasta.

Do you frequently consume hundreds of grams of sugar (and fructose corn syrup) on a daily basis?

Meanwhile I hope you're saving money !

Thats something I realised when I decided to cut off restaurants : how much money you save ! ( I used to spend almost 200$ / month )

I'm not at all perfect. I have my own vices, just like everyone else -- but I gotta say: knowing your sugar intake scares me a lot.

I don't want to preach to you about the toxic effects of sugar, because honestly I drink alcohol sometimes, I've consumed marijuana, I even eat a taco bell; I have my own unhealthy habits.

Consuming hundreds of grams of sugar each day -- which is what you're doing with those three high-sugar drinks -- is dangerous, and you're asking for diabetes.

I'm going to shut up now, because you have a right to your own habits...but dude...seriously, have second thoughts about that much sugar each day.

Why not moderate, and have one high-sugar drink a day?

(Ok, I'm done )

Paleo way of eating. Clean grass feed meats, veggies, fruits. Next to no dairy or grains. Except for cheat meal on weekends.

I would eat like a hunter and gatherer, except I have a passionate love for chocolate milk.

I'm not totally sure this love of milk is a good thing, as many people are convinced that milk is poison, considering the growth hormones, anti-biotics, and assortment of other things that go into cows and their food.

Should any human be consuming milk past their infancy?

Yes for those of European decent (fairly long history of dairy consumption), but perhaps milk shouldn't be farmed in the way it is today.

David, it looks yummy ! ... Hence, are you eating them alone or with something else ?

By the way RyeJay, I don't wanna be smartass, but for your signature, I would have said ''ma deuxième'' rather than ''Mon deuxième'', ''ma'' is definitely the correct gender for this sentence.
Cheers.
