Judging by the renderings it looks like a dark granite or dark green malachite will be applied to the first (retail tenant) floors of the podium.

The cladding looks great. Saw it in person on Wednesday. It does look better in person than looking at the pictures.

I'm with you on that. Too much green and grey in Toronto.

The podium opens up summer of 2012. Mall in the basement, with 300 shops.

The 4 Season's might be the highest quality u/c building in the the city but Aura is by far the most interesting.

Sure it's curtain wall but, it's quite run-of-the-mill curtain wall. I was expecting a higher quality with larger glass panes and shadowbox spandrel. The colour is commonplace as well. This would be great for the tower but not the retail podium.
